I have got scammed by PowerHome Solar

In 2020 I have got scammed by the salesman of this company called powerhome solar convinced me to install solar panel but he did no tell me the truth that I have to have at least 164 panel to be able to benefit from those solar panel , he told me 10 panels will generate watts enough to make you save on your electric bill , I found after 4 years that my 10 panels generate just 61 watts and my hose uses 1000 watts every month . also he told me that the state is paying for those solar panel , and it will not coast me any thing out of my pocket , I just have to agree to install them for free on my property, but i found that they used another company to bill me for it and for 4 years they never send me any bill , they just reported me to credit bureau as delinquent for payment , bur they never contacted me and now my credit is bad and they do not want even to talk to me before i pay all the delinquent balance $4000. They just got me in with 10 panels because they know that i am going to find out later on that those 10 panels are not enough so i need to call them and ask them to install more panels to be able to accomplish the 940 W my hose needed, basically they scammed me with false information all the way through and also it took them one full year to install them because of the Corona in 2020 , another thing they were suppose to install them on the roof but some how the convince me that if they install them in the back yard they will generate watts better and now they kill my back yard and i cant use my back yard for anything.
